With over ten years of experience in the WordPress industry, I am an expert in account management and passionate about helping businesses grow their online presence and revenue. My track record includes managing enterprise client accounts, developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, and implementing revenue-driving sales strategies. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise through public speaking.
My career started as a WordPress developer, building websites for small businesses and nonprofits. I found joy in creating functional and visually appealing websites that fulfilled my clients’ needs. I also loved learning about companies and industries and helping them share their stories online.
I later focused on WordPress account management to help businesses optimize their websites and provide the support they need to succeed. I have worked with small startups and large corporations and even presented at a national conference on the WordPress industry.
I am always willing to learn and grow, and am pursuing a WordPress account management certification. My skills include WordPress account management, marketing, sales, public speaking, ecommerce advisory, public speaking, and customer success.
