FounderPeakZebra.com

Robert Richardson founded PeakZebra in 2020 to build tools to enhance user interaction on WordPress and static React-based sites. It was a return to the coding of the first few years of his career. These days, the focus is on building things with custom blocks in WordPress. In a previous corporate life, he served as editorial director of TechTarget’s Security Media Group, responsible for SearchSecurity.com and Information Security Magazine. Prior to TechTarget, he was editorial director at the Black Hat security conference and also director of the Computer Security Institute.

Speaking Experience: Spoke at the most recent WordCamp Phoenix. It hasn’t been announced yet (I don’t think), but I’ll speak at another WordCamp a couple months from now. In my role as Director of the Computer Security Institute, I ran two conferences a year, the larger with a $1.5 million budget. I mostly moderated and introduced at CSI events, but frequently spoke at other conferences, often about the results of the CSI/FBI Computer Crime Survey. I continued speaking, though less frequently) after moving to TechTarget to serve as Editorial Director for Security at TechTarget.com.
