Niels is a software engineer who has worked on the WooCommerce core at Automattic for a few years. These days, he’s focusing on supporting and uplifting friends’ WordPress agencies with his experience and technical know-how.

He’s been active in the WordPress community for years, organising WordCamps and Meetups across Europe and Asia.

After studying computer science in Germany, he moved to the Netherlands, where he worked as a web developer and business analyst. Since mid-2014, he’s been travelling through South-East Asia, squashing bugs between palm trees and rice fields.
