For over a decade, Marcus has been a WordPress designer and developer, specializing in helping small- to medium-sized businesses establish their online presences.

In early 2020, during the global pandemic, he joined SkyVerge as a WooCommerce-focused customer support specialist, before quickly leveling up to a more technical support engineering role. When SkyVerge was acquired by GoDaddy later that year, the company’s mission to support eCommerce businesses remained the same.

Toward the end of 2021, Marcus became part of the GoDaddy Pro field team, sharing his WooCommerce knowledge to help web professionals build top-quality sites and online stores.

Apart from his work with GoDaddy, Marcus co-hosts a monthly podcast episode for Do the Woo and has his own podcast with TJ Rogers called The HeadingTwo WP Podcast. He also serves as a team co-rep for the WordPress Photo Directory. In his free time, Marcus enjoys photography, travel, and spending time with his family.
