As a consultant and advisor Lance has led broad remote workplace design and policy developments for enterprises, agencies, startups, and non-profits. As an in-house leader he has overseen 3x growth with two companies, taking them from the tens to the hundreds of people. Lance’s insights have been published in Harvard Business Review and Forbes. Lance has spoken at Post Status and WordFest events, as well as the University of California and Abbot Health.

With 15 years of experience growing and leading distributed organizations, Lance partners with founders and executives to ensure their companies are winning when it comes to attracting, retaining, and serving talented people through a thriving remote work experience.

Lance lives with his wife and 3 children in the beautiful Northern Idaho. When he’s not talking about remote work culture, you can find him running, riding, or skiing on a trail somewhere in the woods.
