I’m a mom and a business owner. My journey from Engineering to WordPress Agency Owner has been challenging, rewarding, and enriching. I started in a support role for a plugin development company. I’ve worked in many positions since I was introduced to the WordPress Community, including customer service, project management, business operations, WordPress technical support, and management.

Because of my background, I’ve been able to apply engineering-style thinking and soft skills in a technically focused profession. My passion topics include expectation management, the business of being an agency, client support, turning problems into actionable plans, building solid technical foundations, and helping people build the confidence to make sound and effective decisions.

My favorite thing about the WordPress space is the wonderful people I’ve been able to connect with. I’ve assisted in organizing WordCamp US for multiple years in various roles. When I’m not working, I love to read, work on puzzles, wander outdoors, and experience life with my family.
