Jessica Lyschik is a frontend developer at Extendify with 17 years of experience creating web solutions for clients of all sizes. After spending almost a decade coding with Python, she went full time on developing for WordPress in 2015. She enjoys diving deep into creating solutions with CSS, the block editor and in performance optimization of WordPress websites. Jessica has contributed to WordPress in multiple ways in the past, ranging from code as Default Theme Wrangler at the WP 5.6 release squad, to community as speaker at meetups and WordCamps as well as being a volunteer and lead-organizer for the latter. When not in front of the computer, she enjoys building Lego sets, practicing piano and going on long walks in nature.
