I am an attorney licensed in Illinois and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. I am the President and Legal Engineer of Termageddon, LLC where I wrote all of the policy questions and text and help keep thousands of website policies up to date with changing legislation. Outside of work, I am the Chair of the American Bar Association’s ePrivacy Committee, member of the ABA’s Science and Technology Council and the ABA’s Cybersecurity Legal Task Force. I am a Fellow with the American Bar Foundation and the Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Committee.
