I’m a Delivery Leader with a Masters Degree in Digital Communication and Culture and 10 years of experience facilitating delivery and ongoing development of Enterprise web projects and products. I am well-versed in developing and supporting remote first, cross cultural software teams to deliver compelling digital experiences.

I’ve worked on large projects, and small, with teams built from all corners of the globe, am delighted by connecting with people both internally and with my clients, getting to the core of their hopes and intentions, helping shape their plans, process, and attitudes to achieve their goals so I’ve learned what makes teams and their members tick.

I thrive on transparency, am open and willing to learn, and have much to teach. I take a coaching approach with my team and contributors, believing strongly that the answers often lie within and that all I need to do is steer them to see those answers. I will bring a team along with me, supporting their growth, championing their efforts, I will take credit where it’s due but I give more than I take.

Having spent significant parts of my career working remotely I’ve derived great joy in creating opportunities and spaces for connecting and building culture within the organisations I’ve had the privilege to work with and for.

I am a co-host of the Future of Team podcast where talk about culture and leadership for organisations of all sizes, and an organiser and mentor for WPIncludes, a diversity and inclusion initiative charted with creating increasing the representation of women in WordPress boardrooms and leadership.

So, with all of that experience, I can speak to project management, team culture, cross cultural working (and have spoken extensively on this), and culture and leadership development in remote and colocated teams and I’d love to speak at your event on these subjects!
