Chris Ford started working with WordPress in 2006 as a designer and theme customizer. In 2015 she pivoted to focusing her extensive UI/UX and design experience on designing project management systems that help teams improve their transparency and communication for less stressful, more streamlined (and profitable) projects. She believes that the key to successful projects is building strong relationships via clear, kind, cross-team communication.
