I’m that guy. Since the first support email I sent over a decade ago, I’ve been obsessed with helping myself and others level up our technical support.

I’m a Director of Customer Service and Support at StellarWP, where I head up support teams as well as quality assurance teams for our WordPress products.

When I’m not working, I’m likely playing a guitar, chasing a kid (I have three) around to various athletic events, or volunteering at my church.
